No Visa, No Pay Policy Cancellation (minimum 14 days notice before contract start date): You do not receive a Visa to study in Australia Please email the apartment team with proof that the visa has been declined or has not been granted​ Students need to request cancellation and return the cancellation form more than 14 days prior to their contract start date (for any students on a full year contract commencing 31st December, they need to do this before 17th December) Please note the apartment team will be very strict on the 14 day window, so ensure students and agents are aware of this A full refund will be processed, including the security deposit and all initial fees. However, please note that the application and registration fees are non-refundable Standard Cancellation: Please note that there is a 2 x week cancellation fee that applies if the student cancels their booking 14 or more days prior to the start date of the contract, this will be deducted from the student’s security deposit. The remaining deposit will be refunded back into the account or credit card which the students have used to provide their rental payments. However, any cancellation that is being made within the 14 day window to the start date or during the lease period of the contract, will have a 2 x week cancellation fee and 6 weeks liability to find a replacement for the room. The student will remain liable and must either find a replacement or the apartment team will assist in seeking a suitable student from the waitlist. However, please understand that the apartment team cannot guarantee a replacement in such cases.
