You will then be officially notified and your tenancy agreement will be canceled without penalty.

Pay all associated costs, including advertising costs and rental break fees as stated in the property rental agreement. In all cases, an exit cleaning fee will be charged.

The first month's rent and other upfront fees need to be paid prior to your arrival to secure a reservation. This is non-refundable. Under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances (with appropriate supporting documentation). In such cases, a cancellation/administration fee equivalent to one week's rent plus GST will be charged.
