Renewal Policy
The apartment will send an email a few months in advance asking tenants whether they want to renew the lease. Students need to reply to the apartment whether they want to renew the lease and sign the renewal contract after receiving an accurate reply from the apartment.
Early Move-in Policy
Contact the scape uni square via email to inquire whether you can check in early and wait for their accurate reply.
Refund Policy
After the lease termination, the 4 weeks bond is returned by the RTBA.

Room Change Policy
It requires approval from the apartment.
Subletting Policy
It requires approval from the apartment. Once a new tenant is found, they must sign a contract with the apartment and take over the remaining lease period.
Termination Policy
Once the contract expires, you will automatically check out. If you need to terminate the lease early, you must contact the apartment. According to Victoria state regulations, subleasing is permitted.

You need to pay the first installment of rent and the bond, notify the apartment of your check-in time in advance, and provide your passport at the front desk for check-in.
Check-out Guide
