216 Burwood Highway

216 Burwood Highway is a sophisticated student accommodation in Melbourne, built in 2008 and opened in 2009, with nine giant Studios and 5 Standard Studio flats. Communal amenities include laundry, secure gated access and a balcony or garden. There is a tram near the apartments, making travelling easy. The flats insist on only one person living in each room to give students more privacy. Situated across the street from Deakin University and close to Burwood Brickworks, there is absolutely no need to worry about being late for school or feeling bored during weekends. Besides, there is a tram stop (Deakin University/Burwood Hwy) right outside the flats, making it easy to get to surrounding places and making the apartment itself the perfect choice for students to live in.
