224 Burwood Highway is a modern student accommodation in Melbourne, built in 2008 and opened in 2009, with 7 single rooms and 16 double rooms, some with air conditioning and balconies. The flats are furnished and are very comfortable and cosy for students to live in. There is no flat closer to Deakin University than this accommodation, and Deakin University is just across the road from the flats, making it highly convenient to get to school. The tram is right in front of the apartments, making travelling easy.
