Passport and COE are required upon check-in. All the materials that need to be provided at the time of check-in will be described in the offer under the apartment.

Do I still have to pay if my visa is not approved?

If you are unsuccessful in obtaining an Australian student visa by the rental start date, we ask that you write an email requesting visa cancellation, which must be submitted to you along with the email within 24 hours of being notified by the Home Office The apartment informs you that you have been refused to study in Australia. You will then be officially notified and your tenancy agreement will be canceled without penalty.

Do I have to be a student of Victoria University to apply for this apartment?

No, it is not compulsory to be a Victoria University student to apply to live at UniLodge Victoria University. Students from other universities and colleges are also welcome.

Can I apply for UniLodge Victoria University if I am under 18 years old?

right. UniLodge Victoria University accepts local students under the age of 18 at the time of check-in. For international students, we only accept students aged 17 and over.
