Cancellation Rules: □ The Student can cancel a Residential Tenancy Agreement if a written notice has been provided to Campus Perth at least 30 calendar days prior to the Residential Tenancy Agreement start date. The two-week non-refundable deposit will be forfeited; □ If cancellation is made to Campus Perth less than 30 days before the tenancy agreement start date, the two-week deposit will be forfeited, and the Student will be responsible for paying rent until a replacement tenant has been found. Any rent paid in advance may be retained partially or in full as per Campus Perth’s discretion; □ Cancellation after the tenancy agreement has begun is not permitted. □ All students are required to comply with our Code of Conduct and House Rules. Failure to do so may lead to the booking being cancelled. □ Any date changes prior to arrival are subject to availability. A minimum of four weeks' notice is required to amend the start date. A $100.00 amendment fee is charged in the event of a date change. □ If the agreement is cancelled due to failure to secure an Offer of Enrolment or Student Visa. Written notice must be given to Campus Perth at least four weeks before the agreement start date and supported with written verification confirming the decline of the offer and/or visa. An administration fee of $100 is applicable.
Arrangements will be made according to the notes made during application and the actual room status.
If the room status allows, please ask the front desk staff to handle it. (A certain room change cleaning fee will be incurred)
Find a tenant to take over the remaining contract, and follow the apartment's regulations.
If you breach the contract midway, you will need to pay liquidated damages according to the apartment's breach of contract policy, and you can find a subtenant to take over the remaining contract.
No smoking
Go to the apartment front desk to check in and show your passport and coe. The front desk staff will guide you to check in.
When you move out after the lease period, please cooperate with the apartment to conduct check-out inspection.
