Castle的2025-S1的退订政策：退订政策： ①合同标注的起租日期前4周，只有学生的签证没有成功办理的情况下，在学生尽快联系公寓，公寓审批后会根据情况决定是否给学生全额退款； ②合同标注的起租日期前2周，如果学生签证仍没下，公寓会邮件联系学生并强制退租，所有款项不退。（但在起租日2周前，进行转租，并转租成功，定押金可退，并且不收任何转租费） ③合同自签署日期开始，租户就有义务履行租约内全部房租支付，除签证问题外，租户转租都需要支付一周房租作为转租费用。
