115 Bathurst St, New South Wales 2000

Living high above the city offers a completely different experience from simply living beside it, and the one-bedroom apartment at 115 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000 places residents in the heart of that experience. The address forms part of the Greenland Centre, one of Sydney's tallest residential towers, rising approximately 235 metres across 67 storeys in the CBD. Designed by BVN and Woods Bagot, the development contains 479 residences and combines private apartments with extensive resident facilities and commercial and creative spaces at lower levels. For students, researchers, interns and young professionals who want a polished, self-contained home in central Sydney, this is a very different proposition from conventional suburban accommodation.
