From the Sydney student housing， UTS: 3-min walk to Haymarket campus, 6-min to central building USYD: 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus UNSW: 4-min walk to light rail (16-min ride to campus) TAFE Ultimo: 7-min walk

Roommates are based on gender and age so you are not able to choose your roommate. If you have a friend also booking with Scape you can opt to place each other as a preferred roommate.

Yes, at Scape Quay, all utilities, unlimited broadband internet, and access to common areas are all included in the rent.

Scape Quay is safe for students, the building equipped with CCTV security, swipe card access, and 24/7 access to support services via our Sonder Safety App.

Can I invite friends stay with me at Scape Quacy?

Yes, you are permitted to have visitors, however, you must inform us. If you have roommates, you must seek their permission beforehand. In the event that any of your roommates are not happy to have a visitor then your visitor will have to make other arrangements.

Yes, Scape Quay is a student accommodation purpose-built for students, and a confirmation of enrolment is required to secure your room.

All Scape properties are accessible for wheelchair users and have lifts connecting all floors. All Scape properties have wheelchair-accessible rooms, subject to availability.

No, animals other than guide, hearing or walking dogs are not permitted on the premises for health and safety reasons.

From Scape Quay, Central Station, Railway Square, Stand J bus stop is 4 minutes walk awau, the nearest Haymarket light rail station is 4-min walk, Paddy's Markets light rail station is also 4 minutes walk away. Central Station is a 4-min walk.
