Our consultants will be responsible for matching you with the approiate apartment or house, and after matching , we have a dedicated application specialist to help you apply it, and this application process involves guiding students to sign a contract, pay a deposit, prepare application materials, and communicate with the apartment. We take care of all the procedures for applying for an apartment until you move in. In addition, as long as you do not sign a contract with the apartment and pay a deposit, our service fee is fully refundable, but once you have signed a contract indicating that the room is yours, our service fee cannot be refunded, and the room cannot be refunded, only subletted.

If you do not plan to continue living in this room, but the house contract is in your name; There are two scenarios at this point: 1. The owner of the room on the contract continues to pay the rent until the end of the lease period; 2.Find the tenant and hand over the right to use the house to the tenant according to the rules of the apartment. The GEO | Move In Day Guide! email has been sent to the apartment. Please check if the following tasks have been completed. 1⃣Pay all the rent and sign all the documents. Click Move in balance paid in the Move in checklist of the resident account of the apartment. Click paperwork signed to see if there are any documents to sign. Click uploaded ID to upload the passport. The resident account website is https://geo575kingston.residentportal.com/auth Login name is acolyteliving email, password is Acolyte Living123! 2️⃣Tenant insurance: The apartment recommends Apollo tenant insurance, which can be purchased by clicking the link on page 9 of the Welcome Home PDF file. The effective date of the tenant insurance must be the same as the start date of the contract. After purchase, the policy must be uploaded to the resident's account on the move-in checklist under liability insurance. 3️⃣ Open a Carma water and electricity account. Open the website at https://carmaplus.ca/CarmaBilling/EnrollmentONForm.aspx. The filling process can refer to the picture below. After submission, you need to upload the certificate to the proof of carma in the move in checklist of the resident account. 4️⃣You need log in your check-in date in the resident account of the apartment. After logging in, click on the community on the left, then click on amenities, select move in, then click check availability, select your preferred check-in date, and the apartment will review and approve it.
