You can either renew the lease directly with the apartment or pay a service fee to have your acolyteliving agent assist with the renewal.
Check-in is only permitted on the lease commencement date as specified in the contract.
If you have a three-year long-term contract, you may apply to terminate the contract only after completing the first two full years of occupancy. You are required to provide three full calendar months’ notice in advance, specifically, notify us of your intent to terminate the contract three calendar months prior to September 30 of the relevant year. Example: Your contract term is from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2026. In this case, you must submit the contract termination notice by June 30, 2025, to effect the termination on September 30, 2025. (The requirement to complete two full years of occupancy is because the three-year long-term contract is offered at a more favorable rate than a standard full-year stay. By choosing this discounted rate, you agree to a minimum occupancy period of two years.) The Tenant shall not sublet the apartment to tourists for short-term stays. The apartment is leased for residential purposes only. Any commercial subletting is strictly prohibited, and the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease immediately. Any violation of the foregoing shall be promptly reported to the competent authorities, including the Trade Supervisory Office, Tax Office, and Public Order Office. The Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord against all damages and claims from third parties arising from the Tenant’s illegal use of the apartment and/or breach of the rights and obligations under the Tenancy Agreement. This shall also include all costs incurred in connection with tort claims and their defense, such as legal fees, court costs, and related expenses.
No Room Allocation Policy
Apartment room changes are permitted, subject to availability. A new contract will be required, with no additional fees applicable.
Subleasing is not allowed.
Terminate the tenancy in accordance with the lease expiration date.
No smoking
The corresponding check-in guide will be sent to your email. Please access the link and select your preferred check-in time at the front desk.
The apartment management will check in with you in advance regarding lease renewal. You may also contact the front desk staff or email to confirm your intent to renew one month prior to the end of the lease term.
