Super feminine shoes for my pretty long feet (size 43 :) my ballerinas were custom made for me, which is such a special treat.

I bought an evening clutch a week ago for a dear friend, and I absolutely reccomend this brand. Everything is great, the quality of the products, the customer care service as well as the efficient delivery.

I can truly recommend The White Ribbon! Customer service is on the highest level and their handmade ballet flats are absolutely beautiful and very well made!

Now awaiting for full refund including shipping of £9 - to be continued ===================================== First edit (25 Sept 2022) - Two pairs of shoes finally arrived on 20 September 2022 via DHL new tracking no. CR745650929DE that was only dispatched 14 September 2022 when the owner Dori took over correspondence on 13 September 2022 as well as processing a refund of £120 of one pair of shoes excluding postage of £9. Both pairs of shoes were unused and to be returned for full refund including postage - to be continued. ==================================== THIS IS A SCAM - never purchase from this business. 1. First message on Instagram enquiry on 18 June 2022 - item not in stock, asked to check back. 2. E-mail follow up on 1st July until september, keep informing no stock every week until 1st September is restocked with total of 30 emails exchanged. 4. When finally restocked on their website, paid £249 for two pairs including shipping fee and purchased, they created DHL Tracking LE454600896DE that is static since 2 Sept 2022 (parcel never handed to DHL) and yet blamed slow postal service. 5. Owner took over e-mail and responded to say they have resend via DHL new tracking no. CR745650929DE that also never ever been shipped out since label printed on 12th Sept 2022 and yet asking me to remove comments on their social media + claimed they refunded one pair out of two. Main point :- 1. Both DHL Tracking never been shipped out. 2. Refund of one pair of shoes not credited into bank.
