This pleasant 25m² bedroom is rented fully equipped and furnished in the city-center of Grenoble. This bedroom includes a comfortable double bed (140x190), a bedside table and a lamp. The bedroom is also made up of a nice work space furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp, several storages including a built-in wardrobe to put your belongings inside, and a big balcony. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, and an independent toilet. We provide all the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner). We opted for an essentially pure design to let its tenants the possibility to arrange it their way. Located in a quiet residence, the apartment is secured with connected locks. It benefits from its proximity to shops and restaurants. The residence offers multiple parking spaces for rent, perfect if you own a car. In coliving, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance.
