New apartments opening in 2024

The new apartment will open at the end of September 2024 and is currently accepting reservations. The apartment is strategically located near the southwest of Nice and close to many universities. The apartment is downstairs from the light rail T2 and T3 Méridia, and the transportation is very convenient. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station and 11 minutes to the airport by light rail. The nearest supermarket to the apartment is Lidl and Casino supermarket. There are small restaurants nearby. Each room in the apartment is an independent studio, including a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment comes with a bed, wardrobe, microwave, water heater, refrigerator, electric heating, and is fully furnished. There is a laundry room in the building. It is near the river, and it is very comfortable to take a walk in the morning and evening. It is close to major universities in the city.
