If the tenant breaches the contract after moving in, all fees paid will be deducted; if there is unpaid rent or utility bills, the tenant must pay them as required, and the landlord has the right to recover all outstanding fees during the contract period. 3. If the tenant needs to sublet, he must inform the supplier, sublet after obtaining permission, and pay the subletting fee as required. 4.
