Please note that we will always try to meet your preferences, although we cannot guarantee that these can be meet. For shared apartment, residents will be allocated with the same gender unless in exceptional cases.

Find a suitable substitute, pay a management fee of 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, and sublet the room at the real-time price, not the signed contract price.

When preparing for your stay, you’ll find our rooms equipped with a bed, mattress, and mattress protector, ensuring your comfort. However, please remember to bring your own bed linen, pillow, and duvet for a personalized touch. For your toiletry needs, towels, flip-flops, and toothbrushes can easily be acquired at the nearby home store, making it convenient for you to settle in. In our communal kitchen, we provide equipped stoves and a cooker hood and a fridge for residents to share cooking experiences. Feel free to bring along your preferred kitchenware and utensils, or conveniently purchase them from nearby stores to suit your cooking needs.

Please inform our site team of your actual departure date at least 7 days in advance so that we can schedule a departure inspection. All rooms must be vacated by the last day of your contract. Departure cleaning fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your security deposit.
