Renewal Policy
To renew your apartment, you need to contact the apartment manager in advance and discuss the rent and contract details required for renewal.
Early Move-in Policy
Early check-in requires notification to the apartment as soon as possible, and the apartment will add the corresponding early check-in fee to the apartment's account.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your reservation during the cooling-off period before check-in, you can cancel without liability. If you cancel your reservation outside the cooling-off period, you will need to find the tenant before you can cancel. After check-in, you will need to find the tenant before you can successfully cancel. All refunds will be returned to the original method, and the time is approximately 7 to 30 working days.
