Renewal Policy
To renew your stay, you need to confirm the extension period with the apartment in advance and pay the corresponding rent.
Early Move-in Policy
You need to email the apartment to confirm the early check-in date and the apartment will add an extra charge.
Refund Policy
The refund will be processed by the apartment company via the original payment method and will arrive within 14-21 business days, except in special circumstances.
Termination Policy
If the contract needs to be terminated early, a new tenant must be found, and the sublessor will pay handling fees and cleaning fees. The new tenant will need to pay a deposit and rent.

Upon check-in, you will need to bring your contract, identification, passport, and other relevant documents to the apartment reception to complete the check-in process and receive your room key.
