Sure, but please do not invite guests to stay for more than 3 nights, and make sure to confirm with your roommate first.

Of course. For locations with cluster apartments, it's easy to arrange bookings with friends. You just need to let us know who you want to stay with, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this depends on room availability, and booking in advance will make it easier to secure your preferred arrangements.

How can I know who I will be living with?

For privacy reasons, we won't disclose names, but you can find out who you'll be living with, such as their gender, grade, and school, by checking the resident group shared before your move-in or by asking your apartment team.

When can I move in?

About two months before your move-in date, you will be invited to schedule a move-in time. You can choose the time that works best for you. If you have any special requirements regarding accessibility or transportation arrangements, please let us know at this time.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike other providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we do need an advance rent payment, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent (you can think of it as a gift to yourself when you arrive in September!).

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period." This means that if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 5 days of signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in yet. If you need to cancel after the cooling-off period, we will allow cancellations in certain cases, such as if your UK visa is denied or if you do not meet the entry requirements for your chosen university. Please make sure to provide the UCAS notification or visa denial documents within 72 hours of receiving the notice. You can also transfer your lease to another suitable tenant. If a suitable replacement is found, we will conduct a qualification review, and once approved, they will take over the lease.

What should I do if my student loan is late?

If your loan is delayed, please contact the apartment team at your residence, and they will provide you with advice.

How can I pay the rent?

You can pay your rent by logging into the Concurrent Portal using your reference number and password. You can choose to pay via direct debit or bank transfer.

How can I pay rent as an international student?

As an international student, you can make payments via bank transfer (Transfermate) or credit card (please note that there may be transaction fees). For more information, please refer to your booking documents or contact your apartment team.

Will my student apartment be cleaned?

When you arrive, your student room and the shared areas of the apartment will be kept very clean. After that, you are responsible for the cleaning. If you have any questions or need advice, please contact our apartment team.
