Students are not allowed to receive full or proportionate refunds of rent and any other related fees paid due to early termination of lease, temporary absence, or any other reasons, except in special circumstances determined by the dormitory.
Renewal Policy
Notice for Move-In: Deposit: A month's rent is required as a deposit. Upon contract expiration and check out, the deposit will be refunded if there are no damages to the furniture and no personal breaches. The contract must be signed and the first month's rent paid in full on or before the start date specified by the tenant. Breach of Contract: If the tenant fails to move in as agreed, the initial deposit will be forfeited. At the time of payment of the first month's rent, the deposit will be converted into a security deposit. If the student moves in but does not fulfill the entire contract term, the deposit will not be refunded. Please check the condition of all furniture before moving in. Failure to pay the full first month's rent by the start date will be considered a breach of contract, and the deposit will be forfeited. The tenant must fulfill the rent payment obligations for the entire contract term. If there is a breach of contract, the tenant should notify at least one month in advance. Otherwise, the apartment provider has the right to claim the rent for the remaining contract term.

The Student shall not be eligible for any refund whether in full or pro-rated of the rent and any other related charges paid for early termination of the Term, temporary absence or any other reasons whatsoever except for exceptional circumstances as determined by the Hostel.
