403 King Street

Great accommodation. Very fair price for the size of the big flats. Also has a washing machine and dryer so you don’t have to spend costs on circuit laundry!

This is our 2nd year in this accommodation and we are extremely happy! The staff have always been helpful attending to any request. The maintenance is fast and very assistive. The flats are bright and newly furnished. The location is very good, on a main street, with bus stops all around, a 5-10 min walk from Tesco Express or Morrisons. A 10 min walk from Aberdeen University, a 10 min walk from the gym! Safe area and not too noisy!

Having stayed at both 403 King Street and Trinity Court with the same provider for 3 years now, I love it and wouldn’t have even considered staying anywhere else! The team are lovely and communication is always excellent. The flat is really nice (modern, great appliances) and parking is included which is a bonus (even though buses are available outside 403 very regularly and the city centre/University of Aberdeen campus are both within walking distance)! Will really miss living at 403 when I graduate.

I have had the opportunity to stay with the same provider for the full duration of my student experience at trinity court, 207 king street and now currently at 403 king street and they do not disappoint. The flats are very affordable and comfortable and they come with everything you could possibly need. The staffs are also very kind and helpful and have done their very best especially during these trying times. I would 100% recommend.

Appalling mould problems in the room that a student I know is renting via Mezzino in Aberdeen. Walls, fittings and even clothes in the wardrobe badly affected. Mezzino have done nothing but come in and bleach the visible bits a couple of times. No ventilation, no addressing of the underlying problem. The student is becoming ill and suffering skin problems. Easy to rent from provided nothing goes wrong - I do not recommend Mezzino.
