Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation within the cooling-off period (7 days) The cooling-off period is 7 days after signing the contract, and you can apply for cancellation during the cooling-off period 1.1 Bookings before August 1 If you make a booking within 7 days before the contract start date, you can apply for cancellation within 7 days after signing the contract or before the contract starts. You cannot cancel after the contract starts. 2.2 Bookings after August 1 If you make a booking within 3 days before the contract start date, you can apply for cancellation within 3 days after signing the contract or before the contract starts. You cannot cancel after the contract starts. Apply for cancellation of the reservation by email, and explain the reason for the cancellation in the email. If there are any supporting documents, please send them to the apartment email. The apartment will review your cancellation application after receiving it. If the cancellation requirements are met, the deposit will be refunded within 10 days. If it is a cross-border transfer, there may be additional fees and it will take longer. 2. Cancellation outside the cooling-off period (7 days) The reservation cannot be cancelled after the cooling-off period, and you and your guarantor must fulfill your obligations as required in the contract.
