Please note that the type of payment card must be one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, please ensure that there is sufficient credit, fill in the account information accurately, and the bank opens and supports this payment behavior. Payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. How to pay the deposit? Will there be a refund?

The deposit will be open for payment 10 days before the start of the contract. Since the standards of each apartment building are different, the amount of the deposit and whether it needs to be paid will vary. Please log in to your payment interface to check whether you need to pay the deposit and the corresponding amount. When moving out of the apartment later, the apartment will determine the refund amount of the deposit based on the property status of the room.

The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit.
