Beech Gardens

I have been living at Beech Gardens for the past year now and I have really enjoyed the accommodation. The flats are in great condition and are modern. There are also great amenities such as the games room, study room and garden space free for everyone to use. Lastly the accommodation in my opinion is in a perfect location not too far from the city centre or university.

While I didn't live at Beech Gardens myself, I visited a university friend there regularly and always thought it stood out from other student accommodations in Birmingham. The apartments were spacious, modern, and always seemed well looked after, which made the place feel much more like a home than typical student housing. What I liked most was the balance between convenience and atmosphere. It's close to everything you need, but the gardens and outdoor spaces give it a quieter, more relaxed feel. There were also plenty of areas for studying or spending time with friends, which seemed to make it a really enjoyable place to live. From my visits, it was clear the accommodation was well managed and that the staff genuinely cared about maintaining a positive environment for students.

I’ve had a really great experience staying at Almero Student Beech Gardens. The accommodation feels safe, peaceful, and well looked after, with a much calmer atmosphere than many city-centre student buildings. The green surroundings and gated setting make it a really comfortable place to live. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well maintained, and the facilities are excellent. Free laundry and parking are a big bonus, and the communal spaces like the Treehouse and games room are great places to relax or spend time with friends. The property is very well managed, and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally, which makes the whole experience much easier and more reassuring. Overall, I’d highly recommend Beech Gardens to any student looking for a secure, welcoming, and well-managed place to live in Birmingham.

I really like living here because it is much quieter than the tall buildings in the city centre. It is a gated area with lots of trees, so it feels very safe and peaceful, The laundry and parking are both free, which saves me a lot of money every month. My room is a good size and has plenty of space for my things, The property manager is very professional, kind, and always willing to help whenever any issue arises. Their quick support and positive attitude make the experience much more comfortable and reassuring, The "Treehouse" and games room are fun places to meet friends. Highly recommend Beech Gardens for student or international student. It’s a bit of a walk to the city centre, but the bus links are excellent and the green surroundings make up for it.
