All bills are included in your weekly rent. The water, gas, Wi-Fi and all other utilities are included in your rent.

Almero Student Beech Gardens is a 15-minute walk from Birmingham City University, a 13-minute bus ride from the University of Birmingham, and a 17-minute bus ride from Aston University.

Students can choose from self-contained studios and 3- or 5-bed apartments.

Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of bookings. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent – up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking.

The apartment includes a mattress, but you'll need to bring your favourite bedding as well as pillows and a duvet. If you're moving into a cluster, we recommend waiting until you've met all your flatmates and then shopping together for items such as cutlery, crockery and other household bits and bobs.
