No Visa No Pay *No Student Type Restriction If you have been refused by UK Visas and Immigration to apply for a study visa for the United Kingdom, you are required to provide the apartment with an official voucher by August 16, 2024 in order to apply for a full refund. However, the following do not qualify for an NVNP refund: (1) you have not completed all the necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application (2) the university to which you have applied is unable to issue you with a CAS number to obtain a visa because you have not completed all the necessary steps to complete your study application. If you meet the requirements of the NVNP, you must: (1) Provide proof in writing to the Residence within 48 hours of receipt of the notice/proof of receipt, and the Residence may request additional information to review your withdrawal request for compliance. (2) If at any time you have stayed at the Apartment, you will not be entitled to apply for a waiver of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must seek out the student tenant. If the apartment approves your withdrawal request, the amount you paid will be refunded to you. No Place No Pay *No restriction on the type of student If you receive a letter of rejection from the same city university as the apartment you have booked, you can apply for a full refund in accordance with the relevant regulations. However, the following are not eligible for a refund from the NPNP: (1) you have been rejected for any reason other than failure to meet the academic requirements for a degree (including, but not limited to, academic or other misconduct, financial reasons, your place has been withdrawn, or you have been withdrawn from an application or course) (2) you have not followed all the necessary steps required by the university to complete your application in time (3) the start date shown in your contract has passed. If you receive a letter of rejection or deferral from the University for the next academic year and you intend to appeal this decision, you must notify the apartment in the first instance and the apartment will confirm with you that you are still in compliance with this policy during the appeal period. If you are in compliance with the NPNP, you must: (1) Provide proof in writing to the Condominium within 48 hours of receipt of the notice/proof, and the Condominium may request additional information to review your withdrawal request for compliance. (2) If at any time you have stayed at the Apartment, you will not be entitled to apply for a waiver of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must seek out the student tenant. If the apartment approves your withdrawal request, the amount you paid will be refunded to you. Full refund during the cooling-off period Before 2024.05.27, the cooling-off period is 5 days On and after 2024.05.27, the cooling-off period is 48 hours In case of cancellation during the cooling-off period, please contact the apartment in writing.
