Your guests are more than welcome to accompany you and the apartment asks that you let the apartment team know and that your roommates are also considered. You are solely responsible to your guests and will be held liable for any complaints or damages caused by them.

Within 7 days of your arrival you will receive a checklist to complete and any issues you may find can be reported to property staff – who can then resolve them for you.

Your final check-out date is the end date of the tenancy. You can leave before the tenancy end date, you just need to sign at reception to inform the on-site property team that you have left and do not intend to return.

If you have booked accommodation for the next year, but your current lease ends before the next lease begins, you will need to contact the on-site team to arrange a summer short-term lease to fill the gap.
