iQ Arkwright House, Bradford BD7 1DB

Great experience living here! The staff is amazing, super friendly, always smiling and willing to help. When I moved in, my room was clean and in good condition, the windows are large, so the room was bright and the kitchen too. Any repairs or maintenance requests are handled really quickly. The kitchen is also modern and spacious. Had a great year, I highly recommend!

Great Experience, Spacious living spaces, Clean rooms. Best so far in terms other Student Accommodations in Bradford I lived in Both Flat C and A My best experience was FLAT A 012 (2nd floor) as you Get a really good view from above. Security Guards are also really helpful and supportive after the reception is closed so you get help almost 24/7. Try finding Saver ensuite as it can be affordable. Sometimes management can be non accommodating, but mostly they are accommodating, everyone has their ups and down days. Specially Simon Jordison from Management is really accomodating

Wonderful and friendly team at Bradford Iq. The accommodation was neat and clean, suitable for students. Kostas was very helpful and friendly.

Its an amazing place to stay with amazing rooms and good staff

The maintenance here is incredibly slow. The common area washroom has been out of order for over a month now., we pay a lot for these "shared facilities," but they aren't being maintained. All we get is a handwritten "out of order" sign instead of an actual repair. I will gladly take this review down once the issue is finally resolved.

friendly staff, the nicest rooms probably the best accommodation in Bradford😌

Got the big rooms complimentary gym as well

I think IQ is the best accommodation for students! Very reliable and great rooms with great prices! The staff at Bradford IQ are absolutely excellent. Always ready to help when you need them! Always on site to listen and fix your issues! Would 100% recommend this accommodation !
