The Quarter House

I have one of the smaller studios (a classic) and it's so spacious, they're a generous size and there's an ample amount of storage if you're smart about where to put and organise things. The staff are amazing and will help you out even with the littlest of things and are always communicating with students to let them know of any events, information or important announcements. The communal lounge and area is large and comfy, with lot of spaces to relax and study. I've already made several great friends here, there's always some sort of event on so you can socialist and make friends. Definitely the nicest and safest accommodation I've ever been to.

Market Quarter Studios has a comfortable feel about it with the studios being very modern and well furnished with the essentials needed to live on a daily basis. The building is very safe as many security measures are used to access different areas of the building via a fob system. This makes living here a more relaxed and comfortable experience. The layout of the building has all rooms face inwards. This means that although you're located in a city centre there is minimal noise heard which is definitely beneficial (especially during the week). The location in Bristol is perfect due to it being so central and having many bars, restaurants, shops etc. available on your doorstep. The members of staff are very helpful at reception and quickly respond to emails with any queries that you have or provide any help that is needed. I'd definitely recommend living here to anyone and I look forward to living here for the rest of this academic year.

A very welcoming building, the studios are spacious and as advertised. The staff are warm and eager to help with any questions or queries. There is a large communal area downstairs where events are held. Overall it is a very social, warm and welcoming apartment block

Market Quarter Studios, is an amazing accommandation and feels super homely and well-furnished. The staff are soo kind and helpful. An ideal place to stay during university.

I paid a year upfront but I only stayed for a month. I then found an apartment and decided to leave. I told the receptionist downstairs that I will be leaving the property in two weeks, she said she’ll find another tenant to take over my property so I can have a refund. After I left, they told me that they didn’t find any tenants to takeover and hence, why I haven’t received my money back. I reached out to them several times to talk to the manager but each receptionist was referring me to other receptionists and not the manager. They refused to give me anything, not the deposit, not my year upfront and not half of the money I paid. I paid 16000 pounds for a year upfront and stayed in the property for a month only. They took all of this money and refused to consider my case. I have tried so much with them but they didn’t help. Worst experience ever, I wish I never stayed in that accommodation.
