What should I do if I want to terminate the agreement and move out?

If you wish to terminate your lease, you must notify the consultant or the apartment in writing, and you must complete the apartment's sublease form. You will remain responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or the lease term ends, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee finding another tenant, as this clearly becomes more difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also need to pay any management fees arising from the reassignment of the lease. Please refer to the apartment's sublease terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bedrooms are for single occupancy only. Management may permit occasional overnight guests at their discretion, provided it does not disturb or inconvenience other residents. You will be fully responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests.
