Refund Policy
** After the lease comes into effect:** 1) You can cancel without liability before August 23, 2024 if you meet the following specific conditions and provide evidence to the apartment within 72 hours. A. No offer no pay: If you are a prospective first-year undergraduate student, you cancel your admission due to not meeting the admission score or choosing another university. B. No visa no pay: The lease agreement is cancelled due to failure to obtain a UK visa. 2) Other cancellation situations: The reservation deposit will not be refunded, and the obligations under the lease agreement must still be fulfilled. 3) If a subtenant is found, the refund will be made with the apartment's consent, minus the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee.

Check-in Guide
The move-in period is approaching. Currently, most apartments under CRM have working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. In order to ensure that students can check in normally and safely, if the flight arrival time is outside working hours, you need to send an email to the apartment in advance to make an appointment to check in. The apartment will then notify students by email to make an appointment to check in and fill in the check-in time. The apartment has not yet started issuing the specific email reservation process. Once there is information, we will update it as soon as possible
