Lumis Cardiff

Everything has been great with them. They’re very quick to solve any problem that arises and the facilities are all great

I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The team is lovely, especially Skylouise, who is always smiling, friendly, welcoming and happy to help. She genuinely makes the place feel more comfortable and is always approachable whenever you need anything. I also really appreciate the weekly cleaning of the shared kitchen and corridors, which is something I haven’t experienced in other accommodations before. Having a dishwasher is another great bonus and saves so much time. One of the best things is definitely the room size. I’ve lived in other accommodations that were more expensive but had extremely small rooms. Here, my room is very spacious and comfortable, which makes a huge difference. Overall, great facilities, spacious rooms, and a genuinely friendly and helpful team!

I love my place even though rent has gone up which means more debt for me but it’s great for the town and uni experience. The small crew of staff are lovely and try their best to hold social events and answer any queries you have. Only problem is the drunks and druggies passing out on the benches which isn’t lumyas fault.

Staff are very friendly and kind
