Depending on your location, your mail may be delivered directly to your door (via Royal Mail), or you may need to collect it from a nearby mailbox. For larger packages, they can be delivered to the reception, but we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Can I/my friend park in the dormitory?

Most of our dormitory buildings do not have designated visitor parking spaces, but there are parking lots in the surrounding areas. Please contact the team at your chosen accommodation for more parking information.

All dormitory buildings have self-service laundry rooms equipped with washers and dryers. You can pay per use for these facilities through an app.
