Please note your name and ID to facilitate the identification of the apartment, and the wire transfer will take several working days to arrive, so you need to arrange payment in advance.

The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit.
