I've been living here for 6 months now and I'm comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is what I prefer. It's situated next to the city center and Haymarket station. There are many facilities nearby. I would say the only problem is that there aren't any staff working in the accommodation, which can be a problem when you want to go down to reception because you have an urgent task but there isn't anyone there. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation. It's clean, it's well-managed, and the WiFi is very good. I'm actually re-booking for next year.

The student accommodation is very well maintained and located conveniently close to public transportation and multiple supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Coop) are reachable within a few minutes by foot. The residence manager Christine is always able to resolve any issue (if there even are any) or just for a quick friendly chat. The studio rooms are planned very space efficient, giving you a cozy space to relax, study, sleep and more. The social area downstairs is always open for residents to meet other people, watch TV, play games or cook something in the shared kitchen.

Overall well-maintained accommodation with kind staffs. The building is relatively new and clean. It is a bit far from the University of Edinburgh (30 minutes by bus or 40 minutes walk), but it is located in a quiet place, which makes it a perfect place for concentrating on my study.
