Huxley Studios

That is very very very nice choice for Living I promise！ The environment, the people here, definitely impress me. I promise. It’s very close to the bus stop and Lidl，which make my living very convenient. The place is quite and safe. Most importantly, each room has a washing machine which is also dry machine and dishwasher ！！！

Huxley Studios has an excellent location, right next to Meadowbank Shopping Park and very close to major supermarkets such as Lidl and Sainsbury’s. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop, making transport very convenient. In addition, the soundproofing in the apartment is outstanding. During my stay, I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms on either side, and there was absolutely no disturbance from the nearby railway. It feels like this is one of the best student accommodations in terms of sound insulation.

It boasts beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and a professional, dedicated and friendly management team. Having a dishwasher and washing machine has saved me from tedious household chores. Maintenance is extremely prompt. Security is also top-notch. It’s a place I’d call home.

I’ve lived here for three years, and this property offers great value for money. The sound insulation is excellent, making it very quiet. The flat is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, and a washer-dryer. There’s also a large supermarket just a five-minute walk away.

I highly recommend staying at Huxley studio. This is my second year in Edinburgh and Huxley studio has given me a better stay. The facilities and services make me feel really comfortable, the staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and they will organize some activities. Overall, it is really worth staying here：）
