Westfield

This is an excellent place to stay. The staff are exceptional. Thank you for making our visit to Edinburgh a great time. Your professionalism and kindness go above and beyond the call of duty. Big shout out to Osman who's kindness in our hour of need was amazing.

Accommodation is always welcoming with kind staffs. All are friendly and helpful when in need. I'm so happy that i chose this Accommodation for my studies. Rooms are quiet and well litted. Would very much recommend this Accommodation to my juniors and friends and family members. They conduct lot of extra curricular activaties like bag painting, flower pot painting , candle painting, and other cultural festivals celebration like diwali and holi. Such activities are so engaging and help us feel relaxed.

Had a really great experience staying here! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for students with good facilities and convenient location. Felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend this accommodation for students looking for a good living experience! #HomeAwayFromHome 🏡 Capitol Student Accommodation is the best!” And gonna miss them and special thanks to Becky mam who always helped me and supported me lot

I’ve been staying at Student Capitol since September, and overall my experience has been really good. The accommodation has great facilities like a gym, movie room, study room, and community room, which makes student life much more comfortable and enjoyable. They also organize many fun activities and events regularly, which helps people connect and build a good community atmosphere. The staff here are genuinely kind and helpful. A special mention to Ouzi from the night shift he is always very friendly, approachable, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Beckhy is also very helpful and kind, and the staff overall create a very positive environment. The only downside is that the pricing is a bit on the higher side. It would honestly be even better if laundry was included in the rent considering the amount we already pay. Apart from that, it’s been a great place to stay overall

A lot to say but to keep it brief. Listen to the other reviews talking about uncleanliness in the flats! They are absolutely true, in addition to the team's attitude towards it. I've stayed here two years and decided to rebook after the first when they advertised constantly by email and all over the building, even putting stickers on tenant's packages to rebook for next year on their website to get the best rate. This was not true, many current tenants who booked through agencies got a significantly cheaper price than what was on their official website. This was never formally acknowledged nor apologised for by the company, let alone compensation. Communication is poor. The building smells unpleasant on a regular basis, in addition to flies bombarding you in the elevators. Other tenants are rude and I have had bad experiences with this to the point where I don't even use most of the facilities I've paid for. They do not tell you before you move in but half the building becomes an AirBNB/Hotel during the Fringe Festival, where the building becomes busy with many non-students who in themselves also create a mess, and in my experience, the team abandons you for the month. Be wary of the reviews, I've noticed some (lower star) reviews are not here anymore, and a positive review left by their own current staff. I've communicated to the team about numerous issues throughout my stay, with only very few of them actually dealt with. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
