Refund Policy
Cancellation policy for accommodation bookings in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland for the 2024/25 academic year A. Cooling-off period Within 7 days of accepting the tenant's tenancy agreement, the tenant can cancel the tenant's booking in writing or by emailing the property team directly. If the tenant decides to cancel the guest's accommodation reservation within these 7 days, we will arrange for a full refund of the tenant's deposit.
Room Assignment Policy
Rooms are assigned on arrival.However,students can provide their preferences in advance and we will do our best to follow them-depends on the availability at the time.
Room Change Policy
Studens can request a room change/swap and if a suitable room is found,the room change can take a place
Subletting Policy
Customers are only allowed to do so until May 31, 2025. From 1 June 2025, a lease takeover cannot be carried out. The replacement must be a student and meet the preference for accommodation (e.g., women's apartments only) and the tenant must not be in arrears on any rent. In addition, an existing resident/individual who has completed a 2024/25 room reservation with the Student Habitat cannot be used as a replacement.
