Hill View Place

As a student at University of Exeter, currently living at Hill View Place. Honestly it is the best place to live. Great location, comfortable rooms, alot of free stuff and a really nice atmosphere. Azara is the best and Jade is just amazing - both are very helpful and friendly and make living here such a great experience. Highly recommended to any Exeter student. FYI: They didn't give me anything for this review. 🥲

Hill View Place is a fantastic accommodation option conveniently located near Streatham campus. Its wide-ranging amenities - including a TV room, a gym, a communal area for socialising, etc. - make it an enjoyable, sociable and safe accommodation to live in. The staff is lovely and attentive, and maintenance issues are often resolved promptly. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any incoming/current students!

Hillview Place is the best accommodation in Exeter! I would highly recommend Hillview Place to anyone seeking high-quality and comfortable student accommodation in Exeter. Whether you book a townhouse, ensuite, or studio room, you will certainly be impressed by what is on offer. The amenities like the gym, cinema, and private dining room are outstanding, and being located so close to campus is absolutely invaluable. But what truly sets Hillview apart from other accommodation options in Exeter is the incredible people that I have met here and the on-site team. Thankyou so much to the lovely Jade, Azara, Andy, and Jo for being welcoming and making my stay at Hillview Place so enjoyable!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hill View Place in Exeter for a year, and it was truly an incredible experience. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, the stunning views more than make up for it. The serene environment made me feel like I was on vacation the entire time, and I was even lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights from here! The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and genuinely kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Hill View Place for any student looking for a peaceful and scenic place to live that’s conveniently close to the university.
