The Leat is special. The Leat is a small development of just 27 student apartments facing onto a courtyard garden. The Leat is a quiet, private oasis in the middle of the historic city of Exeter in the West of England.
Our apartments have been thoughtfully kitted out with everything a person needs to live a comfortable, warm and peaceful life. And it's not only the inside that's special. We've designed the private courtyard garden with its own bubbling brook so you can take a breather between assignments and, as we say, smell the roses.
All our apartments, big and small, come with the same set up, everything you need to live the good life. You've got your own front door. Step through into your open plan living space where you can lie out on the sofa and dream in peace, or, invite friends in to share a cuppa. Or maybe you feel like cooking up a storm in the full on kitchen, or, quietly sitting at your workstation to study. If gaming is your thing we of course have that covered with super fast wifi.
By the way there's one thing we hate and that's having the bed in the living space. Do you really want to use the bed as a sofa in the day? Everyone of our apartments has a separate sleeping zone with built in wardrobes. Retreat and chill out on your double bed. Next door is your shower room, a generous space with shelves for all your toiletries, and, of course, a walk in shower.
When you need to let off steam, our partners at the local gym await you, all paid for by us. And when you return home as you walk through our dramatic Leat gates you've reminded that you are living in the safest of environments in what is, anyway, a safe city.
We include a host of services to make your stay with us even more comfortable, including hi-speed broadband, 24 hour support and security, free fortnightly apartment cleaning, secure bike storage and on site washing facilities.
