The management team is top-notch. Hassle-free maintenance is done almost instantly or within a day. It is also located in a prime area close to the city centre where everything is accessible. With all the utilities included and 24/7 security, it is safe and private. The management also helps residents by sending regular reminders via email with clear instructions to avoid confusion about bills and other issues such as fire drills. My experience here has been pleasant and I would continue to stay here.

Iron Bridge Studios is a great accommodation all round. The accommodation is quiet, has great internet, and has a nice communal room and garden. The friendly staff and maintenance team are always happy to help and deal with any issues quickly. Furthermore, the accommodation is located close to town and both university campuses. Would highly recommend living here.

The Iron Bridge studios is a very good apartment. It is close to the city center, shopping is very convenient, and it is close to the Exeter River, you can enjoy the riverside scenery at any time, and the environment here is very quiet, you can enjoy a good sleep. At the same time, the staff here are very friendly and will provide timely help to the residents. The housing experience is great!

Unfortunately previous reviews about reception, specifically jazz are true. She has a bad attitude and is very rude whenever I ask her for help with my room or packages. Even when it’s her job to help residents, she always makes it seem like a major inconvenience. Other than that reception only seems to be open 3 times a week. I would avoid signing onto these halls, better to go elsewhere like the Depot etc.

Seems like a nice place for students. Rooms are decent and clean, but a little on the small side. Ideal for the first time student.
