Check-out Guidelines Email the check out date and time via email to the apartment. The apartment will carry out a check out inspection to ensure room is not damaged - Tenant must leave the room in the same condition as move-in. - Cleaning required to a professional standard. - All personal items must be removed. - All keys and access devices must be returned, or replacement costs will apply. - A check-out inspection will be carried out; failure to attend does not invalidate it.
