Termination Policy
If the tenant wishes to leave the property before the end of this agreement, and unless the landlord gives written consent, the tenant shall still be responsible for the rent for the entire lease period. If the landlord agrees to release the tenant from the property before the end of the agreement, the tenant will be responsible for the management fee of £250 and any other expenses that the landlord incurs, such as the fees payable to the third-party agent providing a replacement tenant.
