Refunds of pre-payments of rent will only be refunded if the existing Tenant finds a suitable replacement Tenant as outlined by the criteria set out by the Landlord; if no replacement is found pre-payments will not be refunded.
Students can provide their room preferences in advance, and we will strive to accommodate them based on availability
You can change rooms during the cooling-off period. After this period, changes are limited to upgrades only. Please note that room changes are subject to availability

Contact the reception to move out. Before you move out, you must book a move out inspection with our staff. We will attend your room and check that it is at a reasonable standard. This helps eliminate any charges or deductions from your deposit. It is the tenant’s responsibility to book a move out inspection before your move out date. Your property will then be inspected again once you have left. We will complete a move out inspection with photographic evidence.
