If you need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the corresponding extra rent
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying land tax. You must register to prove you are an eligible student at https://www.leeds.gov.uk/council-tax/discounts-and-exemptions/students.
The apartment staff will give you the key when the student checks in. We recommend that you send an email and an appointment with the apartment at least 2 weeks in advance so that the apartment can be arranged in advance. Property staff are available for check-in during normal office hours, Monday to Friday. Under the premise of advance booking, we will try our best to meet the accommodation needs of all non-working students.
