Of course. For locations with cluster apartments, it’s easy to arrange reservations with friends. Just let us know who you would like to live with, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this depends on room availability, and it's easier to achieve with early bookings.

For privacy reasons, we won’t disclose names, but you can find out who you’ll be living with—such as their gender, grade, and school—by checking the resident group shared before your move-in or by asking your apartment team.

About two months before your move-in date, you will be invited to schedule a move-in time. You can choose the time that works best for you. If you have any special requirements regarding accessibility or transportation arrangements, please let us know at this time.

Unlike other providers, we don't require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we do need the rent to be paid in advance, and this amount will be deducted from your first month's rent (consider it a gift to yourself when you arrive in September!).

We have a 5-day "cooling-off period." This means that if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 5 days of signing the rental agreement, as long as you haven't moved in yet. If you need to cancel after the cooling-off period, we will allow cancellations in certain cases, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you don't meet the academic requirements for your target university. Please ensure you provide a copy of your UCAS notification or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the notice. You can also transfer your lease to another suitable tenant. If a suitable replacement is found, we will conduct a qualification check, and once approved, they will take over the rental agreement.
