Zone Pannell House

I’ve had such a positive experience thanks to Rhianne. She has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and responsive throughout the whole process of rebooking my room, which made what could have been a really stressful situation feel so much easier. She also handled a previous noise complaint for me really well, and anytime I’ve reported something that needed fixing, it’s been sorted quickly and efficiently — which I really appreciate. Rhianne has been kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thank you so much again for all your support!

The accommodation is perfect for renters, made really easy by the wonderful Rhiannon where no problem is too big or small. She’s super helpful and attentive and made living here really easy. Any issues maintenance are super prompt and friendly, I’ve never had any issues and thank you to the Hive team for looking after us!

I stayed for a year at the Pannell House and the room was very spacious and well maintained. I didn’t have any major issues throughout my stay but Rhianne and her colleague were always very nice and helpful. I was using all the facilities downstairs (gym, cinema room etc) often without a problem. I highly recommend this accommodation :)

My recent experiences with Hive have been nothing but positive. In the lead up to me moving in, the team were responsive and helpful when dealing with all my requests about the property. They allowed for extra viewings and when I moved in the apartment was perfectly clean. Siam Dattani was especially helpful when an issue arose around direct debtis from my bank. Would highly recommend them!
