Stayed here for my 3rd year at uni, it was the best experience, service and best accommodation ever! The atmosphere was amazing, I have no complaints whatsoever! It was always maintained with cleaners about and just an overall well run and secure student accommodation! I really recommend this xx

Had the pleasure of staying here for two years during my time at UoL. Wonderful accomodation with great facilities. Staff were always accomodating, and went above and beyond to ensure students have what they need. Highly recommend this to any student coming into Leicester for their studies. Convenient location too!

Stayed here for 2 years going to DMU, Accommodation was always clean, well maintained and in a great location. However, There is no front desk or anyone around to help with anything in the day and it’s a struggle to get hold of someone in an emergency with the high chance they are no where near site There was a security guard for about a month when it first opened which was a huge selling point for me, he then disappeared. I was on my way back at night from a uni social and was followed to my accommodation but managed to shut him out, as there was no security guard anymore I messaged management to ask if he would be around and they assured me he would but no one was on site at night again. Free washing and drying machine rooms were advertised when I moved in, there was 4 washers and 4 driers in the whole building which were constantly full or broken 90% of the time, after about 6 months it was decided you had to also pay to use them - I never used them my whole time there it was easier to take my washing all the way home. The thumb print system definitely seemed like a good idea at the beginning however they can be incredibly faulty especially the outside one to get into the building when it gets wet, multiple people have been locked out in the rain at night and with no one on site ever there’s not a 100% chance of actually getting in. Again, the outside automatic door can be faulty, has completely stopped opening before which would be incredibly dangerous if a fire was to occur as I attempted the ‘fire exits’ and they also didn’t open. With yet again, no one on site it took about 40 minutes for someone to be sent and they got there before management did. I had a lot of fun at my 2 years there but as I moved in the year they opened I feel like a lot needs to be looked at as there’s definitely safety concerns.

I don't recommend this Hotel apartment at all, it is a filty hotel.i had a bad experience in this accommodation. The fire alarm was ringing some times without any reason. In the cupboard under sink in the bathroom there were two underpants which were for the last guest and housekeeper didn't take them out!!!!! In addition, Under the sink in the kitchenette ,water was dripping throughout the pipes . I called their manager to fix. then after2 days they fixed it. I should add that WiFi was terrible! And if you have heavy luggage it is difficult to carry them to upper floors. If you value money and yourself, this hotel will not provide you good services.
