Unsubscribe policy original text Cancellation Policy 1.During the cooling-off period If you have not collected your accommodation keys, you can cancel the reservation by sending an email to the apartment developer's email address within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation (7-day cooling-off period). If you cancel your reservation within 7 days, you can apply for a refund of the full deposit and prepaid rent paid. 2. Outside the cooling-off period Beyond the 7-day cooling-off period, you must pay all amounts due on the contract unless a replacement tenant is found. If a replacement tenant is found, you can terminate your tenancy agreement 7 days after the new tenant signs the contract. If a replacement tenant is found after your lease agreement start date, you will be released from your contract on the new lease agreement start date. Until then, all rental responsibilities will be yours. 3. Only applicable to first-year freshmen (including undergraduate and graduate students). Some dormitories managed by the apartment developer allow first-year students to cancel their contracts if test scores change their plans. For example: You failed to achieve the required grades at your chosen university or exceeded your expected grades and chose another university. If the apartment you choose offers a guarantee, before you can cancel the contract you will be asked to provide: a. Rejection letter from the university of your original choice b. Admission notice from the new university If a student transfers to a university in another city owned by this apartment provider, (subject to availability) the apartment may offer the student a lease in the new location on the same terms as the original. If the application is refused the original contract will be cancelled, but the apartment will charge a cancellation fee (not to exceed £100) and if the tenancy has already begun the rent will be charged until the cancellation date. Note: All documents must be sent to the apartment mailbox via email within 7 days after the results are announced. The apartment reserves the final right of interpretation. 4. Visa refused If your visa application is refused, you can cancel your reservation. Tenant must provide a visa rejection letter prior to move-in date and within 7 days of notification, if applicable, a full refund will be issued. Evidence must be emailed to the apartment mailbox.

Students can provide their room preferences in advance, and we will strive to accommodate them based on availability

If a student transfers to a university in another city owned by this apartment provider, (subject to availability) the apartment may offer the student a lease in the new location on the same terms as the original. If the application is refused the original contract will be cancelled, but the apartment will charge a cancellation fee (not to exceed £100) and if the tenancy has already begun the rent will be charged until the cancellation date. Beyond the 7-day crunch period, you must pay all recent payments on the contract unless an alternative airport is found. If a replacement tenant is found, you can terminate your rental agreement 7 days after signing the contract at the new airport. If an alternative airport is found after the start date of your rental agreement, the apartment shareholder releases your contract with the start date of the new rental agreement. Until then, all rental responsibilities will be yours.
