Primus Place

This place is really my home away from home, the living standard are what make it the best I have ever had, the team on site are outstanding and go above and beyond every single time and I cannot thank them enough. BOOK THIS PLACE!!

This accommodation is big and one of the best accommodations in Leicester if you ask me. The staff is lovely and helpful, always being a call away

I’ve been staying at Primus place for the past 2 years and I plan to stay here for my next 2 also. Yes the rooms are amazing for what you pay the huge tv right opposite the bed is great for movie nights, the large desk space amazing for studying and the huge wardrobe is great for a shopper like me, the building is quiet and clean and the location is great right on DMU campus with so many shops down the road and food places very local. But the staff is really what makes the place a 10/10. Amy and Daniel in particular have been absolute angels and helped me in times of need and made me feel so supported and safe, knowing that they are here makes the living away from home experience 1000% better I always know who to go to if I need help. They’re the most welcoming sweet people and are the main reason of why I keep rebooking to stay here couldn’t recommend them enough!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The location is super convenient as it’s right in the centre of Leicester, so everything is close by. The studio itself is comfortable and easy to live in, and the team at Primus are always attentive, very sweet, and accommodating, which honestly makes such a difference. Everyone has been really welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I’m actually very sad to be leaving in a month’s time! Overall it’s been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere convenient and friendly to live.
