How can I find out who I'm living with?

About two months before the check-in date you selected for your reservation, you can schedule a move-in time that works for you. If you have specific accessibility needs or travel-related concerns, please let us know at that time. If you need to move in earlier, we can also help arrange that; just reach out to your dorm team, and they will inform you of the available times and prices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we don’t require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask that you pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first rent installment. You could say it’s like a little gift for yourself, and by September, you’ll really appreciate its convenience!

Can I cancel after making a reservation?

We have a 5-day “cooling-off period” policy. This means that if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease, as long as you haven't moved in, you can cancel. If you exceed the "cooling-off period," you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you fail to meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or the visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notification. If you find a qualified replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a background check to confirm their eligibility before they can take over your lease.

Can I let my friend stay in my room?

You can invite friends to stay, but each resident can only have one overnight guest at a time and they cannot stay for more than two consecutive nights. This is under the condition that these activities do not cause disturbance or disruption to other residents.
