First, you must check whether you have fully paid all the fees. Secondly, before leaving, you must check whether all the room lights, heaters and faucets have been turned off and whether the garbage has been disposed of. Not only that, you can also donate reusable items to charity organizations. Finally, after leaving the room, you must return the room key to the front desk and mark your name.

How can I pay the rent of the Arch student accommodation?

What should I do if I want to terminate the agreement and move out?

If you wish to terminate the lease, you must notify the advisor or the apartment in writing, and you must complete the apartment's sublease form. You will continue to be responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or until the lease term ends, whichever comes first. We cannot guarantee finding other tenants, as it clearly becomes more difficult as the academic year progresses. Please note that you will also need to pay all management fees associated with the reassignment of the contract. Please refer to the apartment's subletting terms.

How to pay rent?

The apartment supports two payment methods: guarantee card automatic deduction and bank transfer. 1. Guarantee Card Automatic Deduction On the payment deadline, the apartment will automatically deduct the rent from your linked guarantee card according to the payment schedule. Please ensure that the guarantee card has sufficient funds on the payment day and that the issuing bank supports this transaction. 2. Bank Transfer Payment If your guarantee card cannot be used for rent payment, please arrange a bank transfer in advance. Communicate with your bank beforehand to confirm what documents you need for the wire transfer, and bring the necessary materials. Additionally, ask your bank to assist in calculating the corresponding transfer fees, ensuring that the rent is paid in full. Please strictly use the bank information provided by the apartment for payment. If you have not received the apartment's bank account details via email and plan to use a wire transfer for rent, make sure to send an email to the apartment to obtain the official payment information. Also, include the appropriate reference information in your transfer. Be cautious and do not trust any third-party payment accounts. Finally, ensure that the rent is received in full and send the remittance slip to the apartment for accounting purposes.
